Customized Presentation for Your Event

Please allow us to outline some important information that will help you with planning your event with Kathryn. For questions, contact us at admin@kfburmeister.com or call (770) 359-0021. We look forward to helping to make your event a major success.
TRAVEL
- If your event is within a drivable distance (within 100 miles of Roswell, Georgia), Kathryn will drive to the location.
- If the event is outside of 100 miles, but within the state of Georgia, we request that round-trip mileage be covered at the rate of the current IRS Standard Mileage Rates for Business. Unless otherwise requested, we require that the round-trip mileage be paid by the host/organization at the time of booking.
- If the event is out of state, we request that round-trip airfare (coach) is provided. Unless otherwise requested, we require that the round-trip airfare be purchased by the host/organization at the time of booking.
LODGING / FOOD
- We request that one hotel room be provided for Kathryn if she will be staying overnight and reasonable access to vegetarian food is available.
AUDIO / VIDEOTAPING / PHOTOGRAPHY
We request that you provide the following for Kathryn’s presentation:
- Projector, screen, and laptop with PowerPoint for presentation.
- Lapel or wireless microphone.
- Kathryn uses her own wireless remote presenter to advance her slides
- Kathryn can provide a digital version of the presentation in advance upon request
- Kathryn will bring a jump drive containing her presentation and related materials.
We request that clients provide a copy of any video or pictures taken of Kathryn at the event after the event has proceeded.
CONTRACT
- A contract requiring signature by the party responsible for payment will be sent within 24 hours upon agreement of the speaker’s fee to finalize booking.
PAYMENT
We request that a 50% fee deposit be paid via Check or Square in order to secure your event and ensure that the date is firmly held. The remaining balance can be paid a week prior to the event.
